Product Characters
DEIPA is widely used in cement grinding aids to replace triethanolamine and triisopropanolamine in grinding aids, and has excellent grinding effects. The grinding aid made from diethanol monoisopropanolamine as the core raw material can improve the 3-day strength of cement and also increase the 28 day strength. In the case of strong adaptability, the early strength can be increased even higher than triethanolamine, but generally, it is slightly lower than triethanolamine. Undoubtedly, it can greatly improve the later strength, which is generally higher than triisopropanolamine.
Application
1. Used as a cement grinding aid, it can improve grinding efficiency and significantly enhance the strength of cement paste; The recommended dosage range is 0.005~0.015%, and the actual dosage is recommended to be determined by the customer based on specific circumstances.
2. This product can be used alone or in combination with triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, and other alcohols, amines, and esters.
3. Used as a cement grinding aid for early reinforcement of 3-5 MPa and later reinforcement of 4-8 MPa.
4. The molecular structure contains both alcohol and amine functional groups, which can react with various substances under appropriate conditions to form esters, amide salts, etc.
